The Who, What, Where and When of COVID-19 Treatments: Everything You Need to Know About Lifesaving Antivirals
While several lifesaving COVID-19 antiviral treatments are now widely available, many community-based organizations supporting pandemic efforts are struggling to ensure the most impacted and at-risk people have information about and access to these treatments. Federal programs such as the Test to Treat Initiative are working to equitably distribute treatments, but local organizations and health workforces need to know how such programs would work in their communities.

During this interactive webinar, community-based organizations, workforces, and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) will:
• Receive the latest information and resources available on COVID-19 antivirals and the Test to Treat initiative;
• Learn about clinical/community organization partnerships and how we can make it easier for individuals to access treatment and information;
• Share feedback to senior officials on the CDC and White House COVID-19 response teams on the biggest barriers your communities face in accessing these treatments; and
• Discuss recommendations to make the oral antiviral program more equitable and effective.

Presenters:
• John T. Brooks, MD, Senior Science Advisor, CDC Emergency COVID-19 Response, Chief Medical Officer, CDC Division of HIV Prevention
• Dr. James Coleman Jr., Chief Executive Officer, G. A. Carmichael Family Health Center
• Julia Skapik MD, MPH, FAMIA, Chief Medical Information Officer, National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC)
• Cameron Webb, MD, JD, Senior Policy Advisor for Equity, COVID-19 Response Team, White House
• Lisa Waddell, MD, MPH, Chief Medical Officer, CDC Foundation (moderator)
